Tembo`s career progression is a testament to his hard work and determination. Starting as a make-liner in one restaurant, he quickly discovered his passion for the fast-food industry and his exceptional organized skills and commitment to customer satisfaction earned him recognition within the company.
Tembo continued to excel in his role and took on a new responsibility as a dispatcher where he coordinated the orders according to the receipts and the prepared pizza for about seven years after which he was promoted to a supervisor. Thereafter he was moved to another brand which was under the same umbrella as the one he first worked with for another 5 years and was promoted to assistant Manager and subsequently store manager. Tembo currently holds the position of area manager.
Tembos career progression from a dispatcher to an area manager reflects his unwavering commitment to excellence and ability to adapt and learn in a dynamic environment and his passion for delivering quality products and experiences to customers. GRECIAN KANSANJE CELEBRATES 10 YEARS IN NANDOS ZAMBIA
Grecian`s journey started as a back griller in 2013, recognizing his leadership potential, the restaurant`s management team moved him to the front grill where he proved to be one of the best grillers. 2 years later he was sent to represent Zambia in the Griller`s International challenge which was held in Malaysia. This was an unforgettable experience that led him to work even harder to explore his potential.
The next few years that followed saw his career take a very positive turn and he only moved from glory to glory. He was promoted to coordinator in 2017, then supervisor in 2019, Junior patrao in 2022 and finally currently holds the position of Patrao which enables him to manage a restaurant as a whole

ALICK MPHANZA 10 YEARS IN THE GROUP
Alick started his journey as a runner in 2012 , a role he passionately executed. His love for customer service and satisfaction drove him to his way to perfection over those years. After 4 years in that role, he was moved to Repairs and maintenance which was another role he was passionate about.. This is a role he currently serves since 2018. His expertise, attention to detail and commitment to excellence have earned him a reputation as a reliable and skilled technician within the industry.
