Tembo's career progression is a testament to his hard work and determination. Starting as a make-line in one restaurant, he quickly discovered his passion for the fast-food industry and his exceptional organised skills and commitment to customer satisfaction earned him recognition within the company.
Tembo continued to excel in his role and took on a new responsibility as a dispatcher where he coordinated the orders according to the recipes and the prepared plates for about seven years, after which he was promoted to supervisor. Thereafter he was moved to another branch which was under the same umbrella as the one he had worked with for another 5 years and was promoted to assistant manager and subsequently store manager. Tembo currently holds the position of area manager.

GRECIAN KANSANJE CELEBRATES 10 YEARS IN ZAMBIA
Grecian's journey started on a solid pillar in 2012, recognising his leadership potential the restaurant's management team moved him to the front still where he proved to be one of the best grillers. 2 years later he was sent to represent Tambos in the Stelvin International challenge which saw him to success. This was an unforgettable experience which led him to want even more to explore his potential.
The next few years that followed saw the career take a more positive turn and the path moved from glory to glory. He was promoted to coordinator in 2015 then supervisor in 2016, junior partner in 2021, and finally currently holds the position of Nandos which enables him to manage development at an old site.
ALICK MPHANZA 10 YEARS IN THE GROUP
Alick started his journey as a runner in 2012. In a role he passionately executed, his love for customer service and satisfaction drove him to his way to perfection over those years. After 4 years in that role, he was moved to logistics and maintenance which was another role he was passionate about. This is a role he currently serves since 2016. His expertise, attention to detail and commitment to excellence have earned him a reputation as a reliable and skilled technician within the industry.
